However... does that also apply when groups are being transferred from Yahoogroups?

I mean, if you try to transfer a Yahoogroup whose membership does not overlap with the IO group at all, into a subgroup of that IO group, does that mean that none of the Yahoogroup's members will be transferred?

Or does transferring into a subgroup simply automatically make those users also members of the main group?

[It's not necessarily a problem if they're not transferred along with all the group's content, because one can always direct-add or invite them manually to the main group later, right?]
