?? It appears that the actions of making the settings change to 1)? giving members the ability (under Message Policies) to "Download Archive"? then 2) toggling this off? has ended up giving members the ability to search messages.???? I have 2 accounts for my group that I use to test this, one for my husband's email with MEMBER rights and one for myself with OWNER rights.????? After I toggled off the "Download Archive" setting for members, my husband's MEMBER account now sees the set of buttons and boxes related to SEARCH messages but without the button for "EXPORT DATA".?? This is what I was trying to achieve. ? I am going to survey my members to see if they can't SEARCH messages.

? I know where to find the SEARCH button from my experience as an OWNER.? These SEARCH buttons and boxes are at the top of the message list.??? Unfortunately at this moment, Bruce, I can no longer provide you a screen shot of the bizarre screen I saw, in the member account,? where there were no SEARCH related buttons or boxes at the top of the screen.??? This sounds like a BUG to me. ? The SEARCH button definitely was not there...
