Not necessarily. It is just possible that she is looking at a cached page in her browser.
You say that she accepted the invitation you sent with her new email address; can you now see her in your Members List? If not then there is still something wrong. If you
can see her, but she can't see your content then I think she should perhaps log out, log back in again and if necessary do a page refresh just to be on the safe side.
If that doesn't work then we'll have to think of something else...
