Taking the above at face value you would appear
not to have put out a (Yahoo) group - wide announcement saying that the Yahoo group is now closed and has relocated to <Group Name> at Groups.io. You then tell members one by one about the move on a "per occasion" basis.
This seems to be very wasteful of your time; I would set your Yahoo group to "Announcement" which allows you to post as its owner (along with any other moderators) but no - one else. Then send a message to it (which by definition is now an Announcement) telling members that the group is now once and for all "closed" and all business transferred to the
new group.
