Besides emailing [GroupName][email protected] what did I forgetAfter they send in their +subscribe command Groups.io will reply with a request for confirmation. The person must receive, read, and respond to that confirmation request. If not, the subscribe command has no effect. It doesn't even get logged in the group's Activity log. Which I've argued is a bug, or at least a mistake, but that's how it currently is. So tell them to keep their eyes open for that confirmation request. Including in their Inbox, Spam or even Trash folder. How did my lucky sole member manage to do it?Probably noticed the confirmation request in their Inbox, and followed the instructions.
