I hope that groups.io will do a good job in monitoring blacklisting and removing from the blacklists.
Isidro -- Groups.io did not put themselves on a blacklist. It is often more effective to complain to your own provider. You are, after all, paying them good money to deliver desired messages to your inbox.
That's clear to me. The mentioned blacklist operates, like many others, with spam traps. And as soon as the blacklisting is triggered mostly only the owner can try to whitlist again.
This has nothing to do with my provider, because he is doing hopefully the job right. OK, I'm my own email provider.? ;-) I have excluded now the groups.io smtp server from blacklisting check on my servers.
But this is only a solution for me and my customers, not for all the other users that have the usal email providers that use also the common blacklisting pools.

I know, it is? a lot of work to check the blacklists regulary, but groups.io has to do that and also check in the mail logs why they were blacklisted.
We have to do that also on our servers on regular basis, that's normal work if you provide email services.

The reputation of your email server is good, according to talos, but blacklistchecking is essential.
