Well, that's kinda what happens anyway.
In the
online message archive, only the most recent version of a message will display. But if it's been edited, you can click on the blue Edited tag at upper right to show what changes have been made, and when.
As far as
emails are concerned, every time a regular subscriber edits a message, it is sent out again to those who are on Individual Emails delivery. If that is objectionable, you need to train people to get their edits right the first time, or simply disable message editing entirely in your settings (Admin>Settings>Message Policies>Disable Editing Messages).
