I just received 8 copies of what appear to be the same message. ?I've found the poster in the list of members, but there isn't any "More" menu or other useful controls.

So, you are looking for more information about the sender of the posts? If you are the owner or the moderator with permissions, you can go to Admin, Members and see their display name, if set, their email address and subscription option they have chosen, and application date. If you click in the checkbox beside the name, you can activate the dropdown menu. In that same list, clicking anywhere on the name, email address, etc. opens a useful menu. Their subscription info, etc. but also several buttons - email delivery, notes, etc. Activity button has more searches, etc. Check it out. Hope this helps.
