Mark -- There is no way to move either data or subscribers into a new group. You will have to manually move people just like you did with this subgroup, and subsequently upload the files and photos.
The most convenient way to move the subscribers is via a Direct Add, but it will cost you $20 for a month of Premium. Probably not worth it for only 58 members.
