Andrea; it is also worth noting that there is nothing "private" about that guidance. The wiki section on GMF is publicly visible so it might be worth including the URL in a message (Special Notice, even!) so that your members can read it for themselves. Given that "measures in mitigation" are under individual members' control rather than yours this might be the preferred option. You can even copy it into your own wiki if you want, but of course it won't be updated if the GMF original is edited. At the time of writing this it has been revised some 37 times. :)
