Eric -- Having paid for a year of Premium, the simplest way is to Direct Add them.

Go to Admin>Direct Add and enter each of their email addresses in the Emails block, one per line. Then click the "+Add Members" button.

...and what email address do they use? Is it as simple as "[email protected]"?
If you have no subgroups, yes, it is really that simple. The group email address also appears on your group home page (see "Group Email Addresses") and in the generic Welcome notice sent to each new subscriber.
