Can you invite other members? Can you promote others to Moderator? If you're only a Moderator yourself, you probably can't use the Easy Group Transfer method anyway.

You probably can't do that, either.?

If you don't have the "Add, remove, and change moderator privileges" permission in the Yahoo group, you need to find someone who does. Otherwise, you should plan to upload all of the content to the new group manually, using the info found in Item #10 of the FAQ.
