I agree you must've barely beat a deluge (and I didn't) on or about Oct. 20.? The price increase from $110 to $220 for premium, I think, happened on Oct. 22 and surely reflected the staggering workload.? I can't recall when the $200 "expedite" option became available.
I'm a data buff, when things quiet down I hope the GIO staff publish a cool table or graph about the volume of transfers they midwifed in October-December 2019.? I assume that right now they don't have much time even to eat or shower.
