Dear all,
We have been setting up a new group in order to transfer from Yahoo to Groups.io. We have been testing and learning all the features and we found very interesting the chat feature. We have tried to set up new chats and we succeded. However, when my colleague subscribed and we tried to chat, nothing appeared in chat. We tried several times and open several chats and nothing happened.
Today I was trying again and suddenly I thought of testing it with another web browser. IE from Windows 10. It worked perfect. No problem at all.
Could you explain what is the reason why does not work in Chrome? Has anybody else encountered this problem?
We would very much appreciate any help that you can give us since the majority of our members use Chrome.
