As you are a UK group there is a
warning I have to give you; many of your members are likely to have btinternet.com email addresses. There is a problem with these at the moment (BT have stated that it
is under investigation) inasmuch as any email sent
from an email client with a btinternet address
to an address that has
+something in it (as many Groups.io addresses do)
will be misrouted. Anyone trying to apply for membership by email from a btinternet address is likely to run into problems immediately.
I suggest that you communicate with your members again and ask them to (a) go to your group's Home Page and (b)
Apply for Membership in this Group using the big blue tab at the bottom. Please advise them that anyone who already has a group membership / account with Groups.io will find the process quicker and easier if they log in to their account first.
