Who can initiate a transfer from YahooGroups? #transfer

 

I am a moderator for a group planning to transfer from YahooGroups to Groups.io - I just paid the premium membership fee prior to starting the transfer, but when I try to proceed, the group is not showing up as a choice for groups.io.? Is it only a group owner that can do this, and not a moderator?? Please advise.
