I don't even see the Admin pull
down where I could initiate an invite. This is why I am
wondering if Yahoo is not allowing any more invites. I have
already migrated two other Yahoo groups to groups.io with no
problem, but they were done before the 28th. I'm just wondering
if everything changed after the 28th. In the meantime, I have
initiated a download from Yahoo of all my data. I am waiting for
them to respond with a link to the download.

What you are describing is not unusual, and you really should try
sending the invitation more than once before writing it all off.
