First be sure to write on your group homepage description that the group operates in Dutch language only. If you are listed in the public groups list, be sure to put it early on in the description on your home page. The software grabs it from there, but only part of it. I am talking about this page -?/search?p=SubsCount,,,20,2,0,0 Next go to your settings and create a Pending Subscription setting and activate it. Member Notices is a tab along the page. Often overlooked! For info, see #4 Member Notices on this page. /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Quick-Start-for-Group-Formation and /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Screening-New-Members-Using-the-Pending-Subscription-Notice Member notices only works if a group is restricted AND it doesn't work for "direct add" or invitations. Only works if people send you a request to join, through the directory of groups or some other way.
