Special hashtag is applied to a message sent by email (by a member, not a moderator) then the email is bounced and the originator is provided with a link to a page where they can edit the message, i.e. remove the offending hashtag. However, to edit the message the member has to log in. If the
Special hashtag also has
Moderated checked then the message is accepted and presented for moderation as described previously.
Now I think it's fairly comprehensive!
