Perhaps a new feature request (the request to be submitted to beta, probably in 2020) would be to promote a designated Moderator (or Moderators) to Owner, if no Owner has logged in 30 days (or some other defined time)...

It is best to have at least one more owner that has all the tools you have . BUT there has to be a trust . And a moderator .
