Having multiple owners is a judgement call. I have been moderating a large group since 1995. It is now here. We have three owners. Each can be trusted with your life!

Some people have two accounts with different email addresses in case something goes wrong with one email account. The second account is set to No Mail or Special Notices only. However we have had some people trying to deal with long gone owners - dead or just gone - and it is a problem.
