Did you try a search for the name?
also if you have the subgroup open in web browser, then the first
part of the URL should show you the name of the main group.
Like abcd.groups.io/.......
Then this abcd ist the name of the main group.

The subgroup actually shows up. The main group does not. I changed
the email from main@aah-announce?to aah-announce@aah?. That aah domain
name does not exist and the group doesn't show up now.
