So I set a hashtag in each event(series) of (hashtg)Special to force
the event to go to Special Notices only members, right?
I haven't tested it, but I think that's right.
If you would want all calendar events to go as special notices I think you could set that attribute on the #cal-reminder hashtag. But you may not see that one in your hashtag list until after the first reminder has been sent (system default hashtags don't show up in the list until they have been used once).
If you'd rather be more selective you can create a hashtag with any name you please, and put the special notice attribute on it. Then add that hashtag to the Event field (subject) of "special" events.
