Although I may have missed something I don't think you specifically stated that your setting up (a
lot of) new groups was in order to facilitiate a mass - migration from Yahoo.
I am at a loss to understand why you would think it was "one payment per account holder" rather than "one payment per migrated group".
If you ran a supermarket and 50 people each came in to but a pack of frozen peas you would charge each of them the price of a single pack. If a
single person came in to buy 50 packs, I greatly doubt if you would let them walk out having paid for just a single pack.
Mark introduced the "migration fee" to cover the time and costs involved. IMHO your expecting a
major discount is somewhat unreasonable.
