I'd like to think at some point groups.io will be able to provide support for languages other than English. Having said that, I doubt that the invitation text and some other key notifications sent by groups.io will ever be fully customizable. If nothing else, a sentence or two clarifying the procedure to "opt-out" of a subscription must be present, for legal reasons.
