I just went through the site and for the life of me, I need to find the link on how to create another account.

You're looking for the Sign Up link, in the upper right. But you will only see it if you are logged out of your existing account.

A new account you create this way will be independent of your existing account(s) - Groups.io will treat it as if it is owned by a different person. Which means that you will need to log out and back in again to switch between them, or have them open in different browsers/devices.

Is that possible with out having t delete my current one?

Certainly. I have more than one account, so that I can use the extra one as a backup owner of my groups.

Or you can do it by email, as Frances suggested.

Operating with two email addresses subscribed to a group means that you have two accounts. Each email address is its own account with its own login (if you log in using that address). Web or email, the result is the same.
