I tried to get into my second (substitute) account which I created a year ago for emergency reasons, with a second valid email-address, but obviously my password doesn?t work. So I asked for a link to have sent to me to log in. Got a link sent to me, but it does not work. I get a message telling me, that the guidelines of my organization (suppose groups.io) don?t allow me to log in. Tried it again and again. Can someone help me please?
