Also, those members replying online via the "Reply" link below the message can then click the silver Private button over to the right. This will change that one reply into "Reply to Sender". This works without the need to expose the original sender's email address.
Checking the BCC Me box is recommended, as otherwise the person making the reply will have no record of what they sent.
