Mick,

On the list of members with "bouncing" emails what is the difference
between a red "B" and a blue "B".
The short answer is: how long the member's email address has been bouncing (blue B).

If the address isn't re-activated ("unbounced") it will eventually transition to "Bounced" (red B). The functional distinction is that while in blue B status Groups.io will send periodic "probe" notices to the address to find out if it is working. When Groups.io gives up on the probes that fact is noted by a change to red B.
