I suspect that I have a comparable "problem". If I have reason to reject a member's (attempted) posting then I check the
Bcc: All Moderators box. This used to work correctly and all 3 Owners / Moderators received a copy of the rejection notice.
Of late I have stopped receiving those copies, although the other two seem to receive them OK. I have flagged this up with Support but as yet have not received any comment back.
FWIW
emailing a member with
Bcc: All Moderators still appears to be working correcty.
