Member already subscribed but has no access #subscription

 

I have a member who is already subscribed to my group, but she has no access to the group anymore. On the group page it says "apply for membership in this group". She is logged in so that is not the issue.
I can't send her an invite since she already is a member. So what can we do to give her access to the group again?
