Have run into difficulty with my two io accounts.

When I try to upload my compressed file to the file folder it just goes into an endless spinning wheel and then refuses to upload my file.? File size is usually 3,500Kb.

I have even removed all of my large compressed files that are in the io file folder and have less that a GByte of data there now? Was at around 25 GByte

THis has been happening now for some time.

Any suggestions??
