This wasn't her group she didn't create it . It was created by myself

... she took it upon herself to add our group to groups io ...

This is the part I still don't understand.

What is it that you mean when you say she added your AOL group to Groups.io?

Did she add your AOL group's posting address to a Groups.io group?

Did she collect the email addresses of your AOL group's members and add them to a Groups.io group?

Or did she simply create a Groups.io group with the same name as your AOL group?

Without some clarity on exactly what happened I don't know how to advise you.
