There's not a way that makes sense.? You could add an event to the calendar and have it send a notice at the scheduled time, but it would be visible on the calendar before then.? You could also add a hashtag that is moderated so that the post would need to be approved (at the appropriate time) before posting, but it would be easier to just post at that time.

You might want to check your email client to see if there's something there that would work.? May not be reliable since email has no time guarantees, but is usually fairly quick.
