I changed all of the members and owner¡¯s settings to match this message below and I am still unable to receive emails from one of the owners.? He keeps trying to reply and nothing
is coming through.

On his next attempt have him CC the message to your personal email address. Then, assuming you receive that, you can examine the To: field to verify that he sent the message to the group's posting
address. Oftentimes it is as simple as a typo.

Assuming the To address of his message was correct, tell us what you find in the group's Activity log. There should be an entry corresponding to that attempt.
