Email delivery advanced preferences #subscription #suggestion

 

Hi

I am puzzled why someone can select both Special Notices only and Advanced Preferences.
There is a note saying Please note: If you have selected Special Notices Only, the below preferences will not override that.
But shouldn't that not be a possibility? I seem to have a couple of people (young adept web users) who have selected both these options.

And secondly, I wish that Advanced Preferences was more integrated with Email Delivery radio buttons.?
Could it be moved up, before Signature, right after Email Delivery?

I am asking here to test the waters and get suggestions before I post on Beta.
