I can easily test what will be seen on a mobile device by making my browser (Firefox) window very narrow.? If I start with it wide before using a function (reply), all the buttons show up initially, disappear as it gets narrower, then reappear as it gets wider.? If I start with it narrow, the buttons never show up, no matter how wide I make it.
