I think your member will need to login to??since it appears something has triggered a security block on their account with AOL.
?
That should fix their problem by following the steps provided (if it is indeed a security stop) otherwise she'll need to contact AOL Member Services.

Chris thanks. No this member is a member of my group. This is what she got back when she tried to send a message. I have not heard from her so not sure if it is still happening. I told her to email me personally and the same thing happened. I think it has to be AOL or something.
