Did you ever get a resolution ? Our footer shows "View/Reply Online (#1102)?|?Reply To Group?|?Reply To Sender?|?Mute This Topic?|?New Topic" for some emails but not for others. I see the links in initial posts to the listserve and in replies, but also missing in some of each. Very odd.
