I own & moderate both BCOABoard & BCOAMembersOnly.
Recently, BCOA has assigned new emails to all board members, including me.
I thought that I could invite my new address and then make it a moderator. But now I can't access the group administrator settings to do so.
I certainly don't want to lose 7 years of files.
Help!
If you previously established a password for your account, you should still be able to access the group via your old email address and password. At that point you can invite the new address to your group and promote it to Owner. Or if your group has a second Owner, you can have that person do it for you.
If your group 1) has no second Owner, and 2) you cannot regain access to the old email address, and 3) you have not established a password, there is nothing you can do but contact support and beg for assistance.?See?

Assuming you do get help, be sure to remedy one of the above so you don't have a repeat of this problem. Generally speaking, every group should have at least two Owners; even if it's just you subscribed with a second email address.
Good luck,
