Can I suggest that you carefully check the wording of your
Pending Subscription message? Make sure that it
doesn't say "
please send us a message" but
does say "
please reply to this email" just in case the wording misdirects or might misdirect those who read it.
IMHO the
Send Confirmation Email tab is slightly misleading; it is a further request to the
applicant to send the necessary confirmation to get rid of the NC status flag. I have tried it once or twice with absolutely no response from the person concerned. :(
