I sent a bounce probe but they receive nothing.? I tried deleting and reinviting them and nothing.? what can I do?

Are the messages being formally "bounced" or are they simply not getting through?

Another possibility is that for some reason the member concerned has had their Posting Privileges set to Override: not allowed to post. Worth checking given that it only takes a few seconds.

Can the member post using the web UI?
