This problem has arisen before, but without a clear explanation as to how it came about. Wondering now what would happen if someone deleted their account with a subscription pending (probably the same thing).
You could try having the subscriber revert to his former address, delete the pending subscription, then have him change it again. However, I think it would be better to send this same message to
[email protected]?so Mark can actually fix the bug.
