When a member clicks on the Databases tab on the left, the list of databases comes up, but they can't click on the name to view the contents. Is there something else that I need to set so that they can see the contents?

Databases have subscriber-owners, and access can be restricted at the table and row level, depending on the desires of that owner.

Open each database and click the Edit Table Properties button at the top. On the ensuing page, scroll down, make sure all the Permissions settings are the way you want them, then click the blue Update button at the bottom.
