There was a problem with outlook.com before putting everything in the spam folder.? However, I think that was corrected.? I know I have outlook.com and have no problem receiving messages from this group, the beta group, or the group I am Co-Owner,

I received a new member request - we send a 'pending membership' email asking why the person would like to join our group. ?She has an email address @outlook.com and after resending her several times the 'pending membership' email I finally contacted her
privately. ?She never received any of those emails!!
After communicating with her I approved her membership. ?The strange thing is -- she is now receiving all of our emails without any problems. ?Does anyone know if this is a common problem with outlook.com?? ?And if so is there a way of 'getting around it'? TIA Pamela |
