Just to add to the series of tests I have repeated the above but this time made a violation of
Terms of Service report. (I took the precaution of advising Support in the message that there was
no infringement of the ToS and that the report was purely for test purposes.)
This generated
no report to the Owner / Moderators and
the entire topic, including the "offending message" remained visible.
So it seems unlikely that a ToS report was at the bottom of the original query. The mystery deepens... or perhaps not.
