Thanks for the info Bruce..will need to request this as as it stands right now, it is just ludicrous...to receive a reply to a message via email without any reference to what it is referring to is just plain ludicrous and causes nothing but problems.
I agree that groups.io should not enforce them by default, I am asking about giving the group owners the option to enforce it or not.
After all, some groups the bulk of the members will access it online, other groups primarily via email. As mentioned before if via email and only reading a response without the full thread to access in the email, it becomes meaningless.
Lloyd, re-read my original email and my comment above...I did not ask how *you* like to read your messages, I asked if it was possible to change some settings. I appreciate your response, but please make sure it is relevant to the question asked.
