Earlier on I had a look at Yahoo's mail interface (a legacy of using Yahoo Groups!) and found exactly the same thing; certainly no way of turning the Spam Box off completely. Rather astonishing really, btoffering the user so little flexibility. Not that that necessarily reflects on what the interface it provides for BT though. When I get a chance I will enquire of members in the group I moderate to see if they can shed any light on the subject.
