Hiya.
All Day events (birthdays/anniversaries?) in our extended family group have the same settings: Timezone is (GMT-05:00) America/New York, and we set the reminders to be 5 minutes before the event.
The cal-reminder for all day events in our group was sent out at 11:55 pm EST through the end of December, yet the reminder for our first all day event in January was sent out at 2 pm (and we have yet to receive the reminder for today's all day event).
As our group spans different time zones, we'd like them sent at 11:55 pm EST, as used to be the case.
