My groups are all email based and going to the web is discouraged, however, when they join they have to go to the web so if they are inclined?to see how many members there are they can look before they submit their application to join the group.
?
You can include the count in your questionnaire that you send out before you send them the invite. Like we have 250 members as of December 20th
Then when you update it again, you can say in that Welcome letter, we have 255 members as of December 22nd.
?
I still don't understand?why they can't look at the homepage if they are interested in seeing how many members?are in the group before they even apply and?get the welcome message to fill out.?
Most of our users do not go to the web they use the email system.
?
We are a retirement community and we have a monthly newsletter (printed) and in the newsletter we have instructions telling them to send an email to [email protected] with their First and Last Name and their address to obtain membership.? We then send them an invite to join.
